ICC YAAF: The New 2026 ICC Rules

International Chamber of Commerce is conducting an event, ICC YAAF: The New 2026 ICC Rules, focused on the revised ICC Arbitration Rules effective from 1 June 2026, including abolition of Terms of Reference, introduction of a Highly Expedited Arbitration Procedure, expanded emergency arbitration, and new tribunal powers on early determination and case management.
