Bridging Procedural Cultures: Chinese and Nordic Perspectives on Arbitration

About
SCC Arbitration Institute (SCC) and the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC) hold a breakfast round-table discussion on Chinese and Nordic perspectives on international arbitration.
How do procedural expectations shape the way counsel present their cases and arbitrators conduct proceedings? Where might approaches differ, and how can those differences be addressed constructively?
Representatives of CIETAC and SCC lead a moderated conversation on case management and practical choices that support fair and efficient proceedings. The round-table format offers participants an opportunity to exchange experiences, ask questions and contribute their own perspective throughout the discussion.
The discussion will be held in English. Breakfast will be served from 08.00, and the seminar programme runs from 08.30 to 09.45. The event is intended for practitioners interested in international arbitration; places are limited and participation is subject to an expression of interest confirmed by SCC.
