The annual ASA below 40 Fall Seminar will be held on Friday, 20 November 2026 at the Dolder Grand in Zurich. This year’s theme is “Arbitration Under Pressure: Uncomfortable Evidence, Guerrilla Tactics & Contracts Under Fire,” featuring panels and networking opportunities. Panels: Awards, Bribes & Other Uncomfortable Evidence; Guerilla Tactics: When does procedural disruption become good advocacy?; Arbitration in the Defence Industry: Contracts Under Fire. The event will conclude with post-conference drinks and a dinner. The seminar will also mark the farewell of Co-Chair Nino Sievi after his 3-year tenure and the welcome of the new Co-Chair.
